Pakistan plans to send 2,000 IT professionals to Japan, aiming to boost international collaboration and expand its IT sector significantly. Federal Minister Chaudhry Salik Hussain announced Pakistan’s plan to send 2,000 skilled IT professionals to Japan for professional development.

Speaking at the OPF headquarters, the minister emphasized that overseas Pakistanis are national ambassadors, and the government pledges full support.

He mentioned that overseas Pakistanis will have access to online property transfer services. Initially available to US-based expats, these facilities will soon expand to include Pakistani expats in the UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, and Spain.

Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication, Syed Amin Ul Haque: This partnership will open new horizons for our IT professionals and help in establishing Pakistan as a global IT hub.

Japanese Ambassador to Pakistan, Mitsuhiro Wada: We look forward to welcoming talented Pakistani IT professionals to Japan and believe this collaboration will strengthen our technological advancements.

He stated that overseas Pakistanis will be able to transfer property while residing abroad. He announced resolving property transfer complaints within 20 days, addressing major concerns voiced by overseas Pakistanis regarding property transactions.
