Govt Hajj 2025 Discounts: To make the sacred pilgrimage more accessible, the federal government has announced substantial discounts for Hajj 2025. We expect this announcement to bring relief to thousands of prospective pilgrims who have been concerned about the rising costs associated with Hajj. The government’s negotiations with Saudi authorities have resulted in significant reductions in the cost of Hajj packages, ensuring that more people can embark on this important religious journey.
Discounted Hajj Packages
Govt Hajj 2025 Discounts: The government has introduced two main discounted Hajj packages for 2025. The 40-day Hajj package has been reduced by Rs. 25,000, bringing the total cost down to Rs. 1,050,000. Similarly, they have lowered the 25-day short Hajj package by Rs. 50,000, making the new price Rs. 1,100,000. These reductions have been made possible through successful negotiations with Saudi authorities, highlighting the government’s commitment to facilitating the pilgrimage for its citizens.
Payment and Refund Details
Pilgrims must pay the third installment of their Hajj packages between February 6 and 14 at designated banks. For the 40-day package, the installment amount is Rs. 450,000, while for the 25-day package, it is Rs. 500,000. Additionally, the government is refunding a total of Rs. 4.75 billion to pilgrims from the previous year. This move demonstrates the government’s dedication to transparency and fairness in managing Hajj expenses.
Improved Facilities and Services
Under the 2025 Hajj agreement, 179,210 Pakistanis will be able to perform Hajj. The agreement includes provisions for improved facilities and lower accommodation costs in Mina. To further enhance the experience for pilgrims, the government is introducing a special mobile app that will provide real-time updates, flight details, training schedules, and live maps. We expect this app to streamline the Hajj process, making it more convenient and efficient for the pilgrims.
