- Written parental or guardian consent.
- Preparation of two sets of white shalwar kameez with shoes; a green blazer will be provided by the Ministry.
- One shoulder bag only; laptops and cameras are strictly prohibited.

Documentation and Deadlines
The IBCC has instructed all BISE boards to collect and submit passports and required documents of the selected students to its Secretariat in Islamabad by September 19, 2025. Additionally, BISE boards will manage the expenses for the pick-and-drop service for students, ensuring smooth logistical support.
