According to the official announcement, the Pixel 10 series will include four variants:

Each of these devices will be powered by the brand-new Tensor G5 chip, which is the first Google chip built on TSMC’s 3nm process. This shift away from Samsung fabrication is expected to solve longstanding issues with heat management and battery efficiency found in earlier Tensor chips.

The Pixel 10 series will feature improved camera systems as one of the major upgrades. Notably, macro support is being added to both the ultrawide and telephoto lenses, enabling detailed close-up photography, a first for Pixel phones.
