The Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) for Sindh was successfully conducted on Sunday, witnessing an impressive turnout of 32,531 candidates. The examination, organized under the supervision of the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (SIBAU), was held across ten centers — nine in Sindh and one in Islamabad — ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Three-Tier Vigilance System Ensures Transparency
To uphold integrity and transparency, the Sindh government implemented a three-tier vigilance system. The system involved:
- Monitoring teams from the SIBAU Testing Service
- Provincial Health Department officials
- Local district administrations
Each team was responsible for monitoring the conduct of the test, ensuring fairness, and addressing any irregularities during the process.
Sindh Chief Secretary emphasized the government’s commitment to fair testing, stating:
“Transparency and merit remained the top priorities of the Sindh government throughout the examination process.”
Strict Exam Guidelines and Prohibitions
Candidates followed strict examination protocols. Items such as mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, books, notes, bags, and Bluetooth devices were strictly prohibited inside exam centers.
Security personnel and invigilators maintained order and ensured a disciplined, cheating-free environment for all candidates.
