Punjab CM Rewards Students: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz recently distributed cash awards totaling Rs. 58.6 million to outstanding students and teachers in a commendable move to recognize academic excellence. The event was organized to celebrate the top achievers from across Punjab. The ceremony at the Chief Minister’s House celebrated the achievements of 138 standout students from nine educational boards across Punjab.

During the event, CM Maryam Nawaz expressed her commitment to supporting education in the province. She awarded certificates of recognition alongside the cash prizes, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of both students and educators.

In addition to the awards, the chief minister unveiled a major scholarship initiative with a budget of Rs. 25 billion. This initiative aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students pursuing higher education. Furthermore, she announced the reintroduction of the laptop scheme and allocated 61 buses to tehsils lacking transportation facilities.

The sight of the guard of honor brought tears to the eyes of many attendees, highlighting the significance of this investment in education. CM Maryam Nawaz’s proactive approach underscores the importance of fostering academic excellence and ensuring equal opportunities for all students in Punjab.
